Upcoming Events & Key Dates

APRIL

  • Intro to Grade 6: Mon., April 14, 8:30-9 a.m.
  • Intro to Grade 5: Tues., April 15, 8:30-9 a.m.
  • Intro to Grade 7: Mon., April 21, 8-8:30 a.m.
  • Intro to Grade 8 & 9: Mon., April 21, 8:45-9:15 a.m.
  • Intro to Lower School: Wed., April 23, 8:30-9 a.m.
  • Spring Discovery Fair: Sat., April 26, 9:30 –11 a.m. for children ages 2–7 and their parents. Children will be able to choose from a variety of activity stations such as art (clay & wire), movement (obstacle course), scientific principles, sensory tables, wood-working and music.

MAY

  • Frogtown Fair: Sat., May 17, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. (Rain Date: Sun., May 18, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.)
  • Host Family Letters of Introduction: Arriving in May

JUNE

  • Popsicles on the Playground for new Early Childhood & Lower School students on Sun., June 2 from 3–4 p.m.
  • Host Family Playdates & Meet-ups: June through August
  • Phone calls with Divisional Leaders: Late June/early July

AUGUST

  • Back to School Conferences for parents/guardians & student:
    Either August 27 or August 28

SEPTEMBER

  • Opening day of school for Beginners–Grade 9: Wed., Sept. 3
